The Process

At WebTech Services, our typical projects follow a SDLC (software development life cycle) that allows us to track and follow your site development through all the processes. Our development process is typically broken down into four parts – Discover, Design, Development and Deployment. Upon project launch, WebTech Services looks to continue optimization by monitoring marketing results and improving performance where needed.

The following is a high-level breakdown of the process:

  • Discovery – This is the phase that lays the foundation for the rest of the project. It is where the team brainstorms with you, our client. A kickoff meeting occurs that allows the team to understand your project goals, likes and dislikes, and objectives more clearly. During this phase, the initial functional diagrams of the project are presented to you, including site maps and wireframes.
  • Design – In the Design phase, the team takes your feedback from the previous phase and creates the initial “look” and “feel” of the project. Throughout this phase, the design continuously evolves with your input and our direction until it is ready.
  • Development – Now that we understand the objectives and have a finalized design, the project comes to life. Our development team works hard throughout this process to ensure all planned functionality is incorporated. Throughout this phase, we look to solicit your feedback to make sure your vision is turning into a reality.
  • Deployment – As deployment of your project nears, it undergoes extensive quality assurance testing to make sure development is completed. It is in this phase that our customer support team trains and prepares you with the technology behind the scenes. Following last minute revisions and fixes, your project is launched.
  • Marketing and Support – Depending on the project and engagement, our team will ensure that SEO/SEM needs continues to produce results.  Although the project is launched, our team’s monitoring and control looks to redirect efforts where it is needed in order to achieve marketing results to drive business to you.
